A requisition may be raised by the investor by filing a requisition form for registration on the Platform;
The Platform shall confirm the requisition of the investor after conducting necessary diligence, as required by the Platform to do investor accreditation, and thereafter the investor shall be registered on the Platform. In this regard, the investor may be required to furnish certain necessary documents/ information for enabling the Platform to complete the verification and accreditation process;
Pursuant to the registration, the investors will be given access to view the profile of curated start-ups, syndicate alerts, registration alerts on new-start-ups and trending start-ups.; and
The investors will be connected to the start-ups through the Platform to initiate the process of fundraising.
Documentation :
Drafting of the requisition and/or registration form for registering the investors on the Platform;
Documents for back-end diligence of the investors including issuance of necessary Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) forms and such other forms to complete the accreditation process;
Legal paperwork, as may be necessary, for verifying the legality and veracity of the information and documents submitted by the investor to the Platform;
Relevant and necessary disclaimers to be provided by Get Investment for limiting its liability and scope of work in the proposed transaction; and
Investor Membership Agreement, to be executed between the registered investor and Get Investment, containing the terms, conditions, requirements, practices, policies, procedures, processes and disclaimers provided by the Platform.
